With good natural light and a good framing. I confirm the quote within 24h.

I work out the layout and proportions in pencil on the final paper. You approve this sketch — in pencil, so anything can still be corrected before moving to ink.

With the sketch approved, I ink the final line and apply professional watercolor in layers until the piece is finished.

What's the process for a watercolor portrait?
I first work out the pencil layout on the final paper; once the proportions are right, that's the sketch I send you for approval. With your approval, I ink the final line and apply watercolor washes. Turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks.
What photo do I need to send you?
A clear photo with good natural lighting. Read our reference photo guide (in Spanish) for tips on choosing the best photo.
Can I request changes after seeing the pencil sketch?
Yes! Minor adjustments during the pencil stage are included. Once approved and inked, major changes require redoing the piece.
What if I am not satisfied with the final result?
It is rare since you approve the drawing in pencil first. If anything feels off, we communicate and find the best solution so you receive an artwork you love.
Can I order a portrait as a gift without having the photo ready yet?
