How a commission works
If you've never commissioned a piece of art online before, it's completely normal to have questions — that's why the whole process is designed to keep you informed about what's happening with your piece every step of the way, with no last-minute surprises. If you'd like to see the results first, take a look at the portfolio of past commissions before getting in touch.

Tell me your idea
Message me on WhatsApp or through the contact form with your idea, the size you have in mind and, if you have one, a reference photo.

Quote and booking
I'll reply within 24h with the price and delivery time. If you confirm, we'll reserve your spot on the calendar.

Follow the process
I'll send you a photo of the pencil sketch for your approval, and with your go-ahead I move to ink and continue with color until the piece is finished.

Receive it at home
You receive the original watercolor on cotton paper, with its hand-filled certificate of original artwork and protective packaging.

The final price is calculated based on the complexity of the illustration (number of subjects, level of background detail) and the size chosen. I'll always confirm the final quote before starting. Shipping costs are not included.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a commission take?
Between 2 and 3 weeks from when you confirm the quote, depending on complexity and the current waiting list. If you have a deadline, let me know from the start.
How many revisions are included?
You approve the direction of the piece with the pencil sketch, before moving to ink and color. Minor adjustments at that stage are included.
What materials do you use?
300gsm 100% cotton watercolor paper and professional watercolors. Each piece is an original, hand-painted work.
Does the artwork come with a certificate?
Yes. Every piece ships with a certificate of original artwork printed on premium paper, which I fill in by hand one by one: title, year, technique, support and dimensions, with a reproduction of your piece and my signature. On the back it carries the care instructions — light, humidity and cleaning.
Do you ship?
Free in-person delivery in the centre of València (next to the Central Market), by appointment. I also ship carefully protected artwork anywhere in Spain, and internationally with reinforced packaging.
How does payment work?
A deposit when you confirm the commission and the balance before shipping. Bank transfer or Bizum.
Is it safe to commission art online without seeing it first?
Yes — that's precisely why you approve the direction of the piece with the pencil sketch before moving to ink and color, so there are never any last-minute surprises. You can also see real examples in the portfolio before deciding.
What happens if I'm not happy with the final result?
This is very rare, since you've already approved the pencil sketch before ink and color begin. If something still doesn't feel right, we'll talk it through and find a solution — my priority is for you to end up with a piece you'll want to keep for life.
Can I pick up my watercolor in person?
Yes. If you're in València or nearby, we can meet in the city centre (next to the Central Market) and I'll hand over the piece in person, free of charge and by appointment via WhatsApp. That way you get to see it in person before taking it home.
